Client Onboarding

Basics

In order to get onboarded as a business customer and get your account created, you need to go through the following application flow:  https://onboarding.paydirect.io/agyt/forms/corporate

Before starting the flow to get your account created, you will be asked to provide a contact name, the corresponding email and phone number as well as the country of registration of your business.

Company details

The application form is dynamic, and you will be only asked to provide necessary documentation based on the applicable compliance requirements of your jurisdiction. 

Once you move to the next page, and as part of applicable regulatory requirements, you will be asked to provide some more details on your business, incl. address, the industry you are in, and your website (if you have one).

Account usage

As part of the next step you will need to describe briefly how you are planning to use the account, incl. the account's primary purpose and its usage. You will be guided through all the relevant elements through the dynamic form. 

People

As a business customer you need to provide details on people with significant shareholding in your business ("Owners") or control in your business ("Directors"). Just check out the diagram in order to understand clearly on who to add as owners. In further steps, we will inquire more information on the identified individuals.

Beyond “Owners” and “Directors” - and as a last step of this section - you need to identify as well at least one “User” of the system.

Documents

You will be asked provide additional documents. At this stage, this step is option - but providing more information upfront allows for a more targeted Compliance review with less additional requests at a later stage.

Submit

As the final step of the flow you will submit the information and documents. Your application will be reviewed by the Compliance team and you will be receiving further guidance and questions through the contact details you have provided.
